Siebel Certification - is it worth it?

I have been thinking of going for the Siebel certification but listening to other views, I am not too sure.

Is it worth at this stage to go for the certification? I would be looking to work in the UK where it seems there is also a downturn in the economy.

If so, what is the most economical way of acquiring the certfication (get trained in India/US as oppose to UK? etc).

Any other advice much appreciated.
