In the first Column in Layout Definition access the first ledger and in the second Column access the second ledger and a third Column could give the total of ledger 1 + Ledger 2 = 'ACTUALS' in your case.

: We've set up PeopleSoft with two Ledgers, which combined, give us the total "ACTUALS". However, standard matrix layout definition limits the selection to only one ledger.
: Does anybody know how to incorporate two ledgers into a standard matrix layout, or alternatively, to utilize an alternative, which will allow results in excel (with all related formatting) as well as the ability to drill down directly into details?
