Working on Version 8.
It's neither a database agent, nor a Component Interface. I don't have a system to play on yet, but it's mentioned in PeopleBooks and the Training that I attended that the ACTIONDTTM must be mapped - nowhere does it explain to WHAT and HOW it must be mapped. (And funnily enough, the instructor had no idea either!)
The trigger would be on saving a component (E.g. a Course Session is set to "Completed", and then saved). If the Course is Completed, two months later the Worklist entry must appear in the Supervisor worklist that points to the Competency Evaluation Component, so that the Super can assess the Employee's competence based on the completed course.
I guess an idea would be to use the Session Completion Date, add to months and map that to the ACTIONDTTM.
