you can create more than one proc sched on the same machine, when you create it just be sure to create a second proc sched in PSoft go/peopletools/process scheduler manager/use/server definitions.

create a new prcs sched with a different name
and then use that name in the prcsconfig file :
parameter is prcsservername =
