Multiple databases from SQR running from Process scheduler

Hi I am trying to run an SQR program which is scheduled on
Peoplesoft Process scheduler.

But I need to look at different databases in the same program.

i.e. Read from Oracle database where my PS is resided and SQL
Server DataBase where my local system is resided.

My PeopleSoft version is 8.1.3 and I can connect through WEB
or CITRIX only.

Using the DB string on Select statement is not working because
SQL Server is not accessible from PS server.

I cannot access the PS database from Outside.Is there any way to resolve this?

Any help on this is appreciated very much.
