I have Crystal reports 8.5 installed on the application server which we recently upgraded to Win2000 advanced server from NT. The problem is that when I configure the report generation component (internally developed in ATL C++) on COM+, the print engine fails to open. Interestingly enough when this component is kept out of COM+, then it works just fine.
Any pointers would be helpful.
