: It is not problem with registry setting when she could run other crsytal reports. Check the run control which is being used for check printing and ensure that the output destination is file/printer. If it is file then check it will be usually in C;\temp. If it is printer, then u need to make default printer as LPT1 and specify LPT1 as output destination.
