Crystal Reports shuts down Psoft application

We have a workstation specific problem where, no matter who is signed on to the network, if a crystal report is run to a window through the process scheduler, the crystal runtime window and the peoplesoft application shut down. Again, this is specific to the workstation, not the user. We are running NT clients against a DB2 database. This problem occurs on both 2- and 3-tier connections. Any input would be gratefully accepted.
