Margin Problems with PDF files using SQR v4.3.2.2

We are having a problem with some of our PDF reports generated by SQR v4.3.2.2 using PeopleSoft's setup01.sqc and stdhdg01.sqc. When viewing these PDF reports with acrobat, the first row on the report is chopped off or missing and the left margin is really small.

Anyone know how to fix this problem other than by creating new setup sqcs or adding a blank row to the top of the PeopleSoft provided header sqcs?

Any help is appreciated.
