Excel mouse through Peoplesoft on Citrix, HELP!?!

When users use excel via Peoplesoft, the mouse goes crazy... but only through Citrix. From their desktops, it responds properly. Also, running JUST Excel (not through Peoplesoft) works fine through Citrix. This has to be a problem either with Citrix or with the registry during Peoplesoft's launching of Excel. Anyone know what the problem could be?
