My company is a life insurance company using Peoplesoft HRMS for our regular full time / part time staff. I am wondering if there is any insurance company actually use PS HRMS to support their agents / brokers. I know agent / broker is not normally considered as staff and the way to determine their compensation is quite complicated. However, PS can handle executive compensation which in my opinion is more complicated.

So is there any life insurance company actually use PS to support their agency compensation system. If there is one, please give me some more info on the challenge and benefit.
