7.5 End user needs advice

I posted the following on the job message board, but didn't get much help. I hope someone here can give me some guidance...

I am an end user in a large company who uses PS financials as well as HR...I have used PS for about 3 yrs and I am pretty well versed on panels...I would like to move from an end user to the implementation part...not necessarily technical...more like the go between the end users and the techies...Does any one know how I may go about this? I have a business degree in accounting...
