: Ludicrous. If only the employees of designated companies are eligible to earn the cert, I see a lot of junior employees getting their ticket, then resigning to compete with us hard-core unemployables in the independant market. Ought to generate a lot of turnover, unless they inserted a clause that the cert is only valid while you're an employee....
