I didn't mean to imply that PSG has cornered the market on perfect implementations. I've seen them really mess up Payroll. What I meant was that by comparison, PSG tends to handle implementations with more experienced people. Even so, the larger the client, the better the implementors PSG sends. I don't think that's fair.

Everybody has had their share of messed up implementations, but I believe that almost always comes from greed. This "soak the client for a bunch of money to train our new folks" mentality always creates problems.

Getting back to the thread of the original post...
Certification has some good things about it to avoid catastrophes, but it doesn't nothing for the largest underying problem regarding some implementations.
