I've taken PeopleTools I and II, HRMS and Benefits. Do not attempt without the appropriate PeopleBooks at hand. Lots of obscure details. Multiple choice, tightly written questions and answers. I passed, but just barely. Non-native English speakers and newbies should not waste their time.
