We have just upgrades from Peopletools version 7.55 to 7.61 and something weird has happened. I'm not sure if its anything at all to do with this upgrade (in fact probably not) but its becoming a major problem.
When we try to access our test database with out current password it is prompting for the old password (you know - as it does when the password has been reset)however, it won't accept what we know 100% without a shadow of a doubt to be the old password. This is the case for all out developers in test - same problem. Production is fine.
Is there any was to reset the password without doing so in the security panels ? Obviously we can't get in to reset.
Has anyone else experienced this problem ?
Any help much appreciated.
