This contract position is for Denver area candidates only. Estimated contract length is six months but could run several months longer.
Responsibilities:
Developing detailed implementation plans
Fit/gap study analysis and recommendations
Upgrade resource analysis and recommendations
Upgrade project budget monitoring
Monitoring of implementation plans
Re-planning implementation plans as required
Insuring that milestones are meet
Coordination between technical and functional owners on milestones
Weekly Management status reports on upgrade status
Organize, lead, document upgrade team meetings and action items
Business process flow development, review, analysis and management recommendations
Review, analysis documentation and recommendations on all required system customizations
PeopleSoft HRMS upgrade technical research analysis and troubleshooting
Problem documentation, monitoring and resolution responsibilities
Testing plans development, coordination and monitoring
Other upgrade related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Prior Project Management or lead role in a PeopleSoft HRMS upgrade from 7.5 to 8.0
3+ years experience in Project Management
3+ years of PeopleSoft HRMS implementation and/or upgrade experience
Oracle Data Base Familiarization
Web Technology Familiarization
People Management skills
Communication skills
Proven Project Management Record
