Open Position requirement: NYC

Duties and Responsibilities: Design applications, significant subsystems and/or complex individual programs. Estimate time requirements for a set of modules with internal and external dependencies. Identify alternative implementations or strategies and weigh the impact of each. Design and implement PeopleSoft client/server applications. Provide PeopleSoft technical support for end users. Identify business and technical requirements, develop project plan and participate from development through installation and support Troubleshoot PeopleSoft application problems. Coordinating system maintenance/upgrade efforts.

Requirements: Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, TCP/IP and IPX protocols, Web servers and related technologies and Crystal Reports, SQR, and PeopleCode. Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Architecture, Upgrades, Application Updates and PeopleTools. Ability to Implement/configure Tuxedo application servers. Fluency in UNIX and Netware 4.12. Experience with system administrators in software installation. Solid application development experience in client/server technologies and business oriented background. Strong business and systems analysis skills with broad technical background.
