We are looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Administrator/Developer for a Houston client. Need to have experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, Production Support, Performance Tuning. Candidate should have a solid development backgroung with all the usual programming skills (PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL). You must also have solid experience as a system administrator in the following areas: Architecture support Production Support Performance Analysis Performance Tuning Structured Application Management Production Change Control Relational Databases Daily responsibilities will include management of the application to meet business needs. This is UNIX environment and they are currently running version 7.5. An upgrade to 8.0 is in the planning phase, so exposure 8.0 is a big plus. Candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving user problems, supporting the HR and Financials development teams and providing a expert support of the application from front to back-end.
