We are looking for a person with the following skills for a 6 month contract on the East Coast. Start is ASAP.
Experience with version 8 design of Commitment accounting (including retroactive transaction processing), salary encumbrancing and time and effort reporting (not time & labor), fringe benefits for grants, overhead, within HRMS, including the encumbrance interface to general ledger. An understanding of Position Management as it relates to commitment control is also desired.
