Hi There isn't a set of API's files as such for 7.5 , If you want to connect to Peoplesoft from an external system you need to have the connect,start message ,process message sequence of API written using VB ,Java or C .

What kind of language are you using ? You can refer to the Peoplebooks to write the coding.
