As far I know these are some of the differernces :

1. In GL they now have an OPERATING unit as a New Chartfield by which we can track all Expenses and Recevenues.

2. In payables and in Pay cycles : we can now have 2 options a. Selection, b. Selection and Creation which was not available in 7.5
