Anyone using the PeopleSoft Procurement Card Module?

My company has been using PeopleSoft for about 3 years, we are currently using v 7.5. We have had a Procurement Card ("P-Card") for about 8 years, and use an interface to download the transactions to PeopleSoft. We are wanting to do more with P-Cards in the way of E-commerce, and just general streamlining of the purchasing process and wonder if PeopleSoft's P-Card module can help us out.

We want: a) the ability to download P-Card transaction detail into PeopleSoft and then into our Work Management system (MAXIMO); b) roll 1099 information into the PO 1099 information; c) track Minority/Woman owned business transactions by Line of Business, and department.
