Dear experts,

when I adding an asset with a CAP# assigned, an error message appeared:

You have not created all of the asset books required for this business unit. (8010,16)
Each business unit has a set of books that are required. These are defined on the Establish Business Units, Use, Asset Management Definition component. When adding an asset you must create all of these books for the asset.

If you were using a profile to default asset information, the profile does not have all of the books defined for it.

If you were manually adding the asset information, then you did not add all of the required books, or the cost rows entered are not sorted by the Book order.

You can get a list of valid books for this business unit by clicking the lookup icon on the Book field.
