In V8.x, it is under Define Business Rules->Define General Options->USE RZ->User Preferences.

: Don't see the menu item anywhere in v8 from two companies' DEMO and Dev instances with the VP1 operator ID (ALLPNLS permission list). Anyone else encountered this?
