To support a web based PeopleSoft Financials 8.14 application (about 150 concurent users),with the Oracle 8.1.6 DB on its own HP 11x (2 CPUs) machine, the app servers on their own identical machine, and tuxedo 6.5. Does this sound like enough CPUs? If not, how many?
