I ran the Application Engine job HR_PERSDATA and got an error message which I had pasted below. Can someone please help me out in debugging this issue ? Thanks in anticipation.

SQL error. Stmt #: 1297 Error Position: 0 Return: 1858 - ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected.
UPDATE PS_PERS_DATA_EFFDT SET UPDATE_PERS_DATA = 'N' WHERE EMPLID =
'KF0023' AND EFFDT = TO_DATE('06-JUL-00','YYYY-MM-DD')
